Plus, even though it’s not winter yet, I am California dreaming. My aunt and I are planning a trip to San Francisco in honor of her 40th birthday and my 21st. Ever since I was little I can remember talking about going SOMEWHERE for these “momentous” occasions. The destination has changed over the years from New Orleans to Vegas and now it’s San Francisco. I’ve never been west of Illinois, so I’m really excited. Well, not just to go out West, but for spending time with her and experiencing new places, people, food, etc! Somewhat of an adventure, I guess.
I’ve been doing some research and hopefully we’ll go sometime in the spring. I hope it actually happens. If not 2010, someday at least. Anybody have any suggestions to add to our (crossing my fingers) San Fran experience? I’ve got a few, but the more option the better!
